You can reserve an entire floor of our newly built 5-story hotel, with each room featuring its own sauna. This particular room, located on the 5th floor, offers approximately 95 square meters of space. It includes two bedrooms with a total of five beds.
We have two types of rooms available:
One room is furnished with three small single beds (83cm x 195cm).The other room has two double beds (140cm x 195cm).If your group exceeds 5 guests, we can provide up to three single futon mattresses in the living room.

You’ll find two bedrooms equipped with a total of five beds (three small singles and two doubles). If your group exceeds five guests, we can provide up to three additional single futon mattresses. This allows us to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

A 24-hour Seicomart convenience store is located next door. We also offer excellent access to major spots within Sapporo, being an 11-minute walk from Nakajima-Koen Subway Station and a 17-minute walk from Susukino Station.

Wi-Fi is also available. It can be accessed from the living room where everyone gathers or from the bedroom.
Parking (reservation required)
We offer exclusive indoor parking for one group, available on a first-come, first-served basis. It can accommodate up to two cars in tandem and costs ¥3,300 per night. From the fourth night onwards, the rate drops to ¥1,100 per night.
